Experience elegance and comfort at 6 Waveren Avenue, a refined home nestled in the desirable Helderberg Heights, Somerset West. This spacious property boasts breathtaking mountain and ocean views, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. With beautifully appointed interiors, lush garden spaces, and a peaceful setting, it’s an ideal retreat for those seeking both tranquility and convenience. The property is located perfectly for some fabulous Golf Courses within a few minutes you can play at Stellenbosch Golf Course and De Zalze Golf Course with Royal Cape about 45 minutes away. The Wineries locally are fantastic, there are so many amazing restaurants and if you love live music then don't miss Val De Vine which is a great venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner with live music all weekend.
We love our house in Somerset West It has 3 double bedrooms and lots of entertaining space with the most beautiful views over False Bay. It is our home from home so is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with a well equipped kitchen. Ralph is on hand to help you with any issues you have. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
