Located in the heart of Cape Town, the Victorian-style Welgelegen House offers an outdoor pool and views of Table Mountain. Guests can relax in the spa area or borrow literature from the in-house library. All spacious rooms feature air-conditioning, a seating area and free Wi-Fi facilities. A flat-screen TV and complimentary tea-and-coffee-making facilities are also available. Breakfast is served on the courtyard, overlooking the landscaped garden. A variety of local restaurants offering traditional foods can be found only 100 metres away. Day trips can be arranged and transportation is also available upon request at the concierge service. Welgelegen House’s guests can also enjoy relaxing treatments in the spa. The Gardens can be reached in a 5-minute walk and the 24-hour reception staff can arrange private tours. Cape Town International Airport is 20 km away and a shuttle service is available upon request.
