A fully solar powered serene single level private home in gated community. You have the entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home to yourself in a private fenced with private swimming pool, 3 car parking, back up generator in addition to solar power and a water tank to ensure no disruption to water and electricity. A solar powered hot water tank is included. Hosted with your comfort and wellness in mind, this home offers air conditioning and en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom. Cable TV is available in both the primary bedroom and the living room. Cleaning service is available and a washing machine is included for laundry needs at your convenience. The large backyard provides a serene outdoor space with a dining table and chairs enclosed in a mosquito net making this space usable on those cool evenings.

Zuli Pub & Grill (formerly Papa Joes restaurant & Bar) is located across the road right outside the Emerald Hill Estate gate.
It offers a food and craft market on the last Saturday of the month.
East Park Mall is 26 minutes away and offers a wide array of multicuisine restaurants and cafes. There is plenty of parking and lots of shops and supermarkets for a delightful shopping experience as well as nighttime entertainment.

Ride share is available through the Yango which you can download to request a ride. Payment in local currency via mobile money or cash. We recommend that you provide exact payment or close to it.
