I love to travel and to learn about different cultures and meeting new people! We do not stay on-site at both properties, kindly get in touch with us to organise your check-in.

Property information

Renovated and redesigned end of March 2023. 2 bedroomed ground floor garden flat with solar power backup incase of power cuts and also solar geyser. The Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, 4 plate stove which is half gas half electricity, oven, microwave ,kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, washing machine and tumble drier. Please kindly note that the Entire Studio option is a studio apartment located in the Avenues suburb - corner Josiah Tongogara and Leopard Takawira. There is now a dedicated water tank for the studio apartment. Combined dining and lounge area. Dining room has a 4 seater dining set, lounge has 5 seater lounge set. TV with open view decoder, Wifi and borehole water. Avondale is a central quiet suburb. Close to shopping centers, eat outs, Mt pleasant, Belgravia, Kensington, Alex park, Gunhill, Embassies,Airlines, Schools, police. Please note that parties and loud noise are not allowed The cleaning fee paid is for checkout cleaning only. Any extra in between cleaning is at 25 USD per cleaning including linen and towel change.
