United KingdomGreat location with an underground car park that gives direct elevator access to the hotel. Right opposite the beautiful Opera House and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Our room on the 6th floor had a fantastic view of the Opera House. The room was compact but well equipped. The bed was very comfortable but with very tight space to the sides. The bathroom was very clean and bright and the shower was excellent.
The communal areas were spacious, well lit and warm
