The bed is very good. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very well located, 7 minutes walking to the city centre. There are parking places at the hotel for a good price. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee (not expensive). I can only recommend this hotel.

Welcome to ibis Brussels Waterloo, your haven of peace in the heart of Belgium’s historical and cultural riches. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff is nice en helpful. The breakfast was not included, we paid 17 euro/person (open buffet) but it was worth it. The hotel is close to the centrum.
