A special thanks to the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d like to especially appreciate the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. We had to check out a day early, and without even asking, they refunded the remaining amount. That thoughtful gesture really stood out. We highly recommend ibis Thane and are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Located just a 10-minute drive from Navi Mumbai's shopping and business districts, 45-minutes drive Imagica, ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand Hotel provides luxurious rooms with en suite bathrooms and comfortable seating areas. It has a tour desk, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel. The staff ( Abhishek, Muskaan and Preeti) were exceptionally good with customer service. I was travelling with elderly parents and they made sure that they were comfortable and that their needs were met. They were also extremely polite, courteous and went above and beyond to help me.
