Near to Jio World Convection Centre, Bombay Exhibition Centre is 5 km away while Bandra Kurla Complex is 6 km from the property. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Food in the restaurant was very good.

We stayed in at the Ibis Thane while visiting family nearby. The hotel was great overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and the food was also very good. The hotel also has a kids menu which my son loved as he struggles with very spicy food. It is conveniently located in Thane near Korum and Vivianna malls.

Love the place and the room. Quite cozy. The reception needs to be a little more faster. The reception is really slow at allocating rooms and organizing the guests. Other than that the experience was quite good .

Located just a 10-minute drive from Navi Mumbai's shopping and business districts, 45-minutes drive Imagica, ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand Hotel provides luxurious rooms with en suite bathrooms... The staff ( Abhishek, Muskaan and Preeti) were exceptionally good with customer service. I was travelling with elderly parents and they made sure that they were comfortable and that their needs were met. They were also extremely polite, courteous and went above and beyond to help me.
