Location is good. Near to shops and eateries. Sultan Azlan campus UPSI is 4 km away. Easy parking in front of hotel. Basic amenities provided. Budget friendly hotel. Room is small and a bit rundown, but quite clean and functional.

There is nearby night market, there is a lot of local foods (but that's for Friday only). And also some cheap restaurant that within my budget.
