All the staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Honestly not much was super mid. but again the price was cheap so u get what u pay for. if u are on a budget this place is okay, but you can find other good places for a good price, we just had to book last minute.

The staff is the best. Good shower. Good Bed. They changed my room to another on the back. The rooms in front of the street are not quiet. The hotel is very new and good looking. Is next to one Ibis hotel.

Stayed Room 101 for 12 nights, great hotel , good location and excellent staff . Very good budget option in Patong highly recommend this Hotel and look forward to staying there again. Supercheap across the road . 5 minute walk to Banzaan market. 15 minutes to Bangla road. Good quality buffet breakfast.

I like Hop inn so much! So the last trip to Chang mai also I tried to use the Hop inn there. Very simple facility but enough and clean so much! Like IBIS hotel. I love it!

RECOMMENDED. Overall, I had a great experience with Ibis Hotel, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday. Walking distance 3 min to the beach. Breakfast is simple yet yummy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting phuket. Gonna repeat stays at Ibis Phuket. Thank you ❤️

Staff is very accommodating and friendly, definitely great location, just a few meters from the beach. The restaurant is usually busy, the food is really good and cheap. The room was pleasant and clean, yes mattress is harder but that is common in Thailand. Definitely a great option if you are on a budget
