NetherlandsCasa Amarilla is beautifully located on the hillside with a stunning view of Baños. City center is just a 15 minute walk away. But what was most exceptional about our stay was the staff. Bettina and Darwin are the loveliest people I’ve met in a long time, they go above and beyond to help you with every question and are also just fun to talk to and spend time with. 10/10 I would recommend anyone to go stay here when you are going to Baños. Also speak fluent English.

SwitzerlandThe staff was super friendly and chaty if you also wanted to have a conversation. The place is a bit away from the centre (3 walking minutes) which gives you a more relaxed and silent stay. Around the place are lovely sit options available to relax or read. Every thing is easy to reach and the breakfast is very good.

They made us feel really at home and told us a lot about life in Ecuador and the beautiful surroundings of Banos.
