From check in to checkout my 3 day stay was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff. Ria from housekeeping was always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, very informative and knowledgeable about the area. I will DEFINITELY be back for another restful stay.

I actually stayed at The Milford Arms not for this one night which was an extra but three weeks. I wish to highlight more than anything the wonderful staff from the cleaners to the good ladies serving breakfast. I stay often in hotels and the staff in this establishment were terrific. The breakfast with a broad menu was excellent so also the couple of times I ate dinner. The bar has an active regular customer presence. All in all a hotel to recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Really nice decoration and service, good taste of breakfast and nice bar on the ground floor! Very convenient to get bus, underground and train, I can get every spot in center of London for 30-40mins from the hotel with nearest transportation. Especially thanks for Tammy’s service!
