Lovely old inn which has been tastefully restored to modern standards. We stayed for five days and were extremely happy with the room, food, bar and delicious breakfasts - it really could not have been better. Charming old listed 16th century pub, recently renovated, but still with the old features. Now run very efficiently with great food in the restaurant and lovely bedrooms upstairs. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the chef is excellent! (Yvonne?) The well sized room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well equipped with good bedlinen and fluffy towels and all the little extras. Only had dinner one night but it was most enjoyable and the different dishes we sampled were all delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
