it was great. very friendly staff, great, attentive and fast service. lovingly furnished rooms. Despite being close to the street there was little noise. In addition, the food in the pub - both breakfast and dinner - was really good, the atmosphere was really pleasant. our favorite accommodation in England so far

Lovely old inn with a lot of character. Great staff and good food. The fireplace at the bar is brilliant. They don’t have their own car park but there is a public car park right behind the inn. Just use the garden gate.

Really nice and big room, all very clean. Charming with a few steps up to the bathroom with enough space. Beautiful building! Enough parking space. Good hot and cold breakfast. Nice staff.
