We had to rush off to meet friends for dinner and couldn't ask at the desk till later. When we got back I asked about the elevator and was told there wasn't one. I pointed out that I had a broken leg and he told me they were all booked up but then he looked and looked and found us a better room on the first floor and comped us the difference since we were only staying one night.Guest review byJoyceYoung couple
