It's a soulful hotel . The girl in the front desk was very helpful. I liked it a lot! It was like personal. It's not new, you can't compare it with the new hotels, they are all the same. This one is special.

a gorgeous building in a premium location very close to the famous neighbourhood of Mission, Castro and Haight Ashbury, but also not far from Union Square and downtown. My room was spacious and comfortable, two big windows facing the street but still very quiet. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had very good quality free toiletries and a powerful shower. I loved staying at the Grove Inn with my friends (we had three bedrooms) and I highly recommend it. For my birthday I found a very sweet birthday card in my room. That was a very nice touch. I will stay again!

Without any doubt, the location, It's unbeatable. We didn't need to rent a car, because everything was close and we could walk. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, I felt very safe. What's close to? EVERYTHING! However if you need Bus the station is a couple of blocks. I was so tired and they did me early check in without any fee. The breakfast is good. Maybe its missing some more fruit, but for the price is excellent in SF. The Room was nice. A Nice view, very charming, just what I was looking for.

Great location, parking is free, great price, clean inside. Bathroom is in excelent shape (just renovated). Furniture is pretty old, but if you are here just to sleep it does not matter at all.
