To start with, hotel has an exceptional location - in a quiet area but within 5mins walk to the main street of Ushuaia that has all shops and restaurants. Secondly, the room itself and especially view from the window - it was an absolute pleasure to watch sunrise and sunset there - definitely add one star for that. The hotel itself is very cosy and has nice reception area and restaurant that serves quite good breakfast - eggs, ham, cheese, medialunas, tea/coffee. The room was super cosy, had small fridge and kettle. Bathroom had bathtub and all other amenities. Pity I had to leave - would definitely stay longer. P.S.: just an advice for hotel to add "do not disturb" and "clean my room" signs. I don't usually like my room to be cleaned if I am staying for short period of time and put "do not disturb" sign but they didn't have it so when I came back to the room in the middle of the day, the lady was cleaning it so I had to explain in my poor Spanish that there is no need to do that :)

The modern rooms at Valle Frío have colourful decor. Each comes with a private bathroom, cable TV and individually controlled heating. Nice and cosy and value for money. A quiet place to sleep in after a long day out. It's well located, close to San Martin, the port and supermarket. The owners are very nice and helpful. I could have done with a bit more light in the room but not a big deal at all since I was out for long hours every day.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. we really liked this hotel. it was very warm and clean and had the feel of a ski chalet. Rogelio made us an exceptional seafood dinner. the hotel is in a quiet residential area but you need a car to get into the centre of town.

Rooms at Posada Del Fin Del Mundo have polished wooden floors and are equipped with cable TV. All have soft lighting, panoramic forest views and en suite bathrooms. Beautiful House! Very nice breakfast! Great that Coffee, tea and some sweet cakes are serve all of the time.

Everything was excellent - owners, staff, facilities etc. The view from Mirador is wonderful, overlooking the port and Beagle Channel from a height. A little walk to town and harbour but Christian, the owner, despite suffering pain from a recent injury, drove us into town and to the airport. A major highlight of our trip to Argentina, besides the sights of the Iguazú Falls, Cafayate and Humahuaca and Seven Colours, was the excursion we took with Christian and two other Argentinian guests, to the Lakes and Mountains of the amazing landscape between Ushuaia and Tolhuin. Christian was the perfect guide, speaking as if to close friends, and he unlocked the beauty of the area and its stories with us in an entrancing manner, including hunting for the river haunts of our beaver friends and succeeding with immense patience and tenacity of purpose in seeing many of these remarkable creatures go about their activities of swimming and building dams. Searching them out in various locations was also full of fun. Overall Christian spent twelve hours with us on this awesome adventure. Muchas gracias Christian. His lovely wife, Marina, the beautifully talented Camilla and her little daughter and his son Matthias were all most welcoming and helpful too.

Very comfortable and friendly staff.
