I loved my stay, very comfy room and lots of nice details in the guest house. I really enjoyed the spa bath, port, teas, amazing dvd selection and great hospitality. Evelyn was a very friendly and helpful host. Close to everything, I cycled around from here. I'll be back!

It was clean, however the curtains and the blanket for the bed (which I chose not to use) looked as though they had seen "cleaner" days. It "fit the bill" for what I needed (Christmas in July dinner with friends/didn't want to drive).

I liked everything about the resort. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet, very clean and well heated. The dinner was delicious. The continental breakfast was fresh, well laid out and very adequate with lots of choice. The location was perfect for our visit. The resort was easy to find.I have stayed here before and would definitely stay again and recommend it to my family and friends.

It’s old charm. It was very warm and comfortable. The dinning room was lovely and the meal at dinner was delicious.

Location excellent. Parking great. Rooms very cosy. Beds comfortable. Ensuite had room to move (unlike some other accommodations)! Dinner very nice. Lovely ambience sitting in lounge around fire afterwards relaxing. Live music a nice bonus as we were only there Saturday night. All staff friendly and provided great customer service. We stayed here for a quick one night escape and absolutely loved it, fantastic value for money. Room was spacious and felt really cosy in winter, and the styling of the whole hotel is on point. Definitely recommend booking the hot tub under the stars in the early evening and then dinner at Blaq.

Another amazing stay, this was our 3rd time staying here and will be many more to come. It's such a comfortable stay we love the quietness and views. Our last stay we saw a baby wombat from our room view, this time was some kangaroos and a young roo, so very special to see this and watch from room. We also treated ourselves to a delicious cheese platter, dinner and dessert from the menu.

Beautiful guest house in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to dinner but quiet enough to really relax.

Beautiful guest house in Mt Victoria. The lounge and dining area are wonderful as are the rooms, with very comfy beds. The hosts are very welcoming. The breakfast is great - smashed avocado is definitely a winner! All of this set within lovely gardens in a quiet location.
