Located 100 metres from Sucre’s historical centre and 25 de mayo square, Hostal Recoleta Sur offers rooms with private bathrooms and 24-hour front desk assistance. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast with fruits and mate are provided. I liked the service, everyone was so nice and ready to explain us how to get to the tourist places. It was at three blocks from the main square. Pretty safe at night.

Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box and some rooms are equipped with city views. All units include a desk. The staff was excellent, willing to help and provide information. I met the owner, and he was a fine gentleman who guided me to see the best highlights of the city. Susana, and Moises were fantastic! The room was very comfy and spacious. The restaurant on site was very convenient. The location was perfect! Walking distance to main attractions in the city. They have a terrace with a beautiful view of Sucre on the rooftop.

I loved this hotel! Friendly welcome. Beautiful design and interiors. Cody furnishings. Modern and clean bathrooms. The room was spotless. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was fab. Lovely coffee. The location is amazing!! The view from the terrace is just beautiful.

This is a well located guest house not far from the old town of Sucre. The host family is very accommodation, as my bus from La Paz arrived early in the morning and they were happy to prepare and give me the room as soon as they could, with no additional charges. The wifi works great and as standard in Bolivia, you need patience with the hot water to arrive.

We loved this beautiful property and especially enjoyed the light and view from our upper room! The inner courtyard is filled with plants and cozy places to relax. The breakfast was simply excellent- what a treat to have lemon and apple pies, cake and wholewheat fresh bread as well as the plentiful offerings of eggs, fruit, juices etc.

Everything was perfect! Location very close to the cathedral (one block), main park, casa de Libertad. Nice clean room with the typical balcony con chairs there. Very good shower, hot water everytime. Good breakfast. Vary important - the kitchen, is possible to make something for dinner. I really enjoyed😊

Gabriela (the owner) was really friendly and arranged a simple breakfast (10bs each) for us each morning and Spanish school for the day after we arrived (lessons really good too). The kitchen was pretty good - it didn’t have everything we needed (can opener!) but enough to cook dinners each night… We liked the terrace to drink/study. It is the first hostel we have stayed in with a bath (albeit we didn’t have a full bath due to suggestions re water!) It was quiet from about 10pm. WiFi was quite good.

Super central location on one of the main streets yet quite as it is „hidden“ away in the back alley. The inner court is super nice and breakfast is great. The staff is really helpful and warm.

Lovely hotel very close to the plaza des armas. Tastefully decorated and very helpful staff. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very nice. Had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent.
