close to airport yet in quiet residential neighborhood, everything is spotlessly clean. but the best part is Kelly the Inn Keeper, she makes sure things are just right... we love her little post it notes with instructions. we just did our 2nd visit. oh and she was quite accommodating, gave our motorcycle under cover parking,

Room is clean, beds and bedding are very comfortable and clean. Staff are attentive, bringing more coffee pods which was appreciated. We’ve stayed for years at this Inn and breakfast is worst and prices are too high. Nice parking is free.Staff always good.

This is a high class style of "suite" hotel, so space (lounge, bathroom and bedroom) and facilities were as you would expect. A reasonably complete kitchen including cooktop, oven, basic cooking gear, microwave, electric jug, coffee maker and toaster added to the value allowing us to make both dinner and breakfast for ourselves which somewhat mitigated the relatively high cost of the room. We were also able to take our own bags to the room and so the need for tipping was averted.

Loved the room and bathroom. Bed Was comfy and loved the Nespresso machine (but always had to ask a couple of times for pods/creamer/sugars. Staff was lovely and we enjoyed a dinner at boulevard.

Kelly was amazing and allowed me to store my luggage before check in and after check out which was a huge help. The Guest house was comfortable and accommodating and offered everything I could need. I would gladly stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. The Early Bird restaurant was excellent. Dinner and breakfast was amazing! Everyone was super helpful. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Breakfast was delicious. Best of all was a surprise upgrade to a patio accessible room , simply stunning and a huge treat. Thank you Pinnacle !

We found the location of Times Square Hotel to be most convenient. Close to Stanley Park and a good walk down to the waterfront. Lots of good choices for meals nearby, namely Nook and Lift down at the waterfront. A good bakery just across the road and around the corner was a good choice for breakfast. There was a supermarket conveniently located on the opposite corner. Highly recommend. The free shuttle bus to Capilano Suspension bridge picked us up just up the road.

Fantastic corner room with an awesome view over the bay. We arrived super early (off a cruise ship) & the staff member at the check in desk was fantastic. Put our bags into storage so we could enjoy the day until our room was available. The hotel has a lovely ambience, great restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Walking distance to the waterfront & restaurants & attractions.
