Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. Wonderful, clean rooms and comfortable beds. An incredible location at the top of the mountain, with breathtaking views straight from the room. There’s a small kiosk at the hotel where you can get drinks and snacks. Very friendly staff and excellent dinner and breakfast. There are goats in the hotel yard that you can pet :)

Hotel Engel offers a children's playground. Guests at the inn will be able to enjoy activities in and around Emmetten, like skiing, windsurfing and cycling. The staff at the hotel was very kind and accommodating of our needs, they were super attentive and friendly. The restaurant had a good set of options for dinner. The room was super for 2 adults and a kid (could be good for 2 kids too), everything was great, we really appreciate the personal service and would definitely go back!
