Good bed and convenient room, helpful staff that still cooked dinner for us when we arrived late, swimming pool, nice location that is walking distance from the red desert, cheap food, temperature was fine (during rainy season)

From the moment I checked-in Andreas was super welcome and helpful. All the staff on the property were. It's very close to the central square of Villavieja so shops and restaurants are nearby. The food was great - I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Pretty reasonably priced for the food and a few drinks. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had good air-conditioning. Andreas helped organise tuk tuks and tours to the desert.

We loved our time here! Everyone was very friendly, the cabin was very big and super clean, the home-cooked dinner each night was amazing. We also booked a tour through the deserts with them (Ferney is an official guide) and it was very fun, despite our limited Spanish. We would definitly come again.

Amazing location and super super nice Staff!! Tatiana was SO helpful with organising dinners, activities and transportation. The dinners were really good, especially the veggie burger A tip for travellers: you can take a night bus of magdalena tours which takes you to Aipe (you have to tell them to drop you of there), from there its a 20 min walk to Villavieja, from there on you can take any taxi to the place

Mr. Vicente prepared delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner :). He prepared traditional dishes and combined with exquisite flavors. The fruity refreshments of sugar cane, pineapple and lemons were outstanding.

We really enjoyed the location and the atmosphere created by the staff. Each bungalow has its private open-air bathroom. Dinner was really good. A little gem in the middle of the desert.

This is an incredibly rustic hotel, with stunning views of the sky for any avid stargazers (assuming good visibility). The food was AMAZING, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room had a good mosquito net over the bed and beautiful views of the surrounding area from the huge window (which was a nice way to wake up!)
