We had probably the best room, no 7. Lovely public rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice vibe. Excellent location. We had 4 nights and could have managed a fifth. The rim walk around the crater lake Cuicocha was one of the best day hikes in our life 10/10 wow. 5 hours solid walking. Horse riding and Condor centre also good - 8/10. Otavalo market OK 7/10 and worth going to on a Saturday but. Food was so good we didn’t bother to eat in Octavalo.

The food was excellent—every meal was a real treat. The setting is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this place!
