The property is around 28 km from Morwellham Quay, 31 km from Totnes Castle and 33 km from Lydford Castle. The property is non-smoking and is set 35 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse. Very friendly staff, superb location on the edge of the moor. Room was nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. Breakfast excellent and evening meal good pub fare. I like the slightly quirky style of the place - so much better than bigger fancier hotels that are often soulless.

On the edge of Dartmoor National Park, The Dartbridge Inn is situated just off the A38 road. The traditional inn has a leafy terrace, open fires and a traditional restaurant.

The cosy bedrooms at Dartbridge Inn have free Wi-Fi access and private modern bathrooms. All rooms have tea/coffee facilities and a TV, and some have sloping ceilings or scenic views. The girls at the Dartbridge Inn are really lovely warm, professional, friendly and courteous. Our room was nice and quiet despite the hotel being beside a road. And the breakfasts are delicious + incredible value. Highly recommended. You ideally need a car though, as there isn't proper pedestrian access from Buckastleigh.
