We loved the Tempur futon, one of the best we slept on during all our travels to Japan. The room was very specious and clean. Bathroom was a standard Japanese bathroom, with all the necessary amenities. We came by car and really appreciated the parking space in front of the building.

Lots of stores nearby that were super helpful. And the station is right there when you need it. You only take one line the Asakusa line it pretty gets you the whole way to all the great spots. This place was a perfect fit for someone looking to budget but have a nice space. The downstairs was so nice to have the extra room.

It was a Wonderfull week in this hotel, the staff was nice and ready to help. It is humid in Japan therefore it was a struggle to dry my hair, so keep that in mind if u don't grab your own dryer (keep in mind in Japan is 100W)).(P.S. there was a dryer in our room)The windows don't open if your room is on the street side, but the air conditioner has an option for air changing, so that was a relief. Everything was clean. The area is quiet, near to the Senso-ji so if you're a morning person you can go there and see it without crowd.

The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from The Shitaya Shrine. Location was convenient ....close to restaurants, laundry mat, convenience store, transit, mall...yet far enough so quiet enough to sleep well. The building was secure and comfortable. Service was good. Fresh towels every 2 days as requested as we did not need daily housekeeping. Tea and coffee and water in the lobby and a dining table with seating anyone could use. Extra toiletries in the rooms and lobby if needed. Front desk staffed 9am to 9pm. Detailed instructions for after hours check in provided by email were so easy to follow. Communication with the hotel was so easy and the staff were very responsive and informative.
