location is very good you can go to old town and beaches by walking only in 1o mins, , having parking space is excellent , because on that are most problem is to have proper parking, they have very good restaurant for the dinner and the room was very clean. breakfast is not bad not also very good fair enough for a morning start.

The location of this guest house is very comfortable. Everything we needed we could reach by walking 10-15 min. It has lots of shops near by and restaurants as well. The owner is very kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved the apartment. The host was kind, welcoming and helpful for inside Tipps. The balcony was perfect to enjoy dinner. The equipment was completely and the bathroom was a true experience. The apartment even had a smart TV. We can only highly recommend you to pay a visit! We will defo come back!

We loved the update to a three bedroom penthouse instead of a two bed apartment. Dinner at the seafront restaurant was excellent and so was our waiter that night. The escape beach and restaurant was super

Staff was very nice. Facilities are very good, breakfast was wonderful and wide variety. Dinner is also wonderful, and 15 Euros per person, its honestly as cheap as you can eat in Budva. Highly recommend.

Pretty much everything - great spot. The staff were so sweet. Our room was huge and so clean (room: Dahlia) - it got cleaned and linen changed everyday. Pool was good and had a great view. Great space around the pool with big parasols and space for my baby to play. Lots of pool floaties and swings for our baby. The food was actually really nice for lunches and dinners. Good Aperol spritz which isnt always easy to do.
