This family-run establishment was vibrant with hotel and restaurant guests — it felt like a real neighborhood institution! Dinner smelled wonderful but we went out to Kotor and only had breakfast there which was delicious. It was very clean. AC was much appreciated on the 93 degree days!!

Our room had a gorgeous view to the bay. In the garden there were so many beautiful flowers and rustic plants. To get to our place we needed to climb some stairs which looked like we were in a movie. The room was close to the water and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

Clean apartment with an awesome view. Also loved the location, a lot of close beaches and places to have dinner.

Super convenient location right in the historical centre of Kotor. The host was friendly and helpful, and very kindly left a bottle of domestic wine as a welcome gift. The private terrace is 10/10 for sitting and chatting in after dinner as it is much more private than staying at a restaurant in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of Kotor summers.

Very responsive and helpful host from the beginning to the end of our trip. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. It is centraly located, close to beautiful beaches and stores. We had a great vacation.

This is an exceptional guest house. Could not have asked for a more beautiful location. The rooms were beautiful and brand new and the views are to die for. We loved the pool and gardens and the staff were all so helpful and lovely.

The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us and made raspberry cakes nearly every day for the guests. Very clean, comfortable room with plenty of storage and views to die for. Lovely Konoba Boka Bay restaurant just up the road where we had breakfast and some dinners. Bus stops nearby and an easy flat walk to Kotor alongside the waters edge.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this guest house and hope to return sometime
