Great service, good recommendation for dinner. Room was warm comfortable a spotless.

The host was super nice & polite as always. He made sure that we were happy with our room & that we were settled in ok. They also cook breakfast & dinner too. Good for those who want to stay in. Short drive to town. The room was clean & comfortable. Spa was big & relaxing. Awesome pressure of the shower. Our number 1 place to stay when we stay in whakatane.

Location is stunning, food at dinner excellent

Lovely clean large room, comfortable bed. Kind staff. Nice fancy restaurant, good prices on meals. I got a deal that one child had a free dinner meal with a paying adult. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend adding that to your stay.

Warm and clean, good kitchen facilities so we can have dinner on site during rainy days. Got a genius discount so very good value for money.

Dinner was amazing, food was well cooked and delicious. The staff were very attentive and made sure we were ok every time we saw someone. Place is a little out of the way but has stunning views of the lake that we loved. Overall, very happy family!
