My room is inside a historic building and there even is a museum next door (which I did not visit). The room is decorated so nicely in a lot of detail and has everything I needed: Tea/coffee station, towels, shower gel&shampoo. It's right in the middle of the historic city centre so within walking distance of all the attractions. I wish I could have stayed longer! Staff was very welcoming and offered me coffee and dates which I appreciated after a long ride in the car. Thank you also to the guy who helped me clean my car when some splash had gotten there over night!

Haitham takes very good care of the place. It is modernized and has everything u need. The rooms are small but it makes the experience even more authentic. The rooftop is gorgeous. Haitham spent 6 months building a very nice spot made of bamboo and wooden material with a red carpet and some pillows where you can chillax and enjoy the view of Nizwa fortress.
