Since Booking are thieves and they have the worst service I ever meet Double charged me for the previous reservation and their customer service is just kidding me without making a refund of the double charge.

The place where Ranczo is situated is a lovely place, staffs are friendly and communicate internationally. Food were home grown deliciously prepared like to mention their burgers, lemonades and main courses! In general this is a place good for family activities and gatherings! Receptionist was so hospitable and she will comfort you with complimentary coffee or drinks while waiting in the their hotel premises. If I have chance, I will return to this place in the future!
