A very pleasant and relaxing place to stay that's just right outside the national park. We saw lots of birds in the garden, and dinner was reasonably priced and delicious. Owners are really nice!

The guesthouse is a good but basic place to stay. I will recomanded becouse The owner is a verry sweet thay lady, who knows to give service. She speaks Englisch verry wel. Under the hotel she also runs a koffie bar and small restaurant. You can eat some european food as wel for dinner.

Thank you for an exceptionally great and lovely stay! The hotel is very well maintained and stylish. The pool area is incredibly comfortable and spacious. Special thanks to the team in the breakfast restaurant. Jib, Peek, Soda, George and Groof were so friendly and accommodating, met our every need and made the beginning of each day a particularly beautiful moment.

The location just on the edge of town was perfect. The host was great and attended to our every need. We hired the guest house motor scooter to get around and were able to visit some of the best sights and beaches in the area. The garden setting for breakfast and any other meals was very pleasant.

I liked the property because its a old classic teak home very well looked after, location was close to the market and the breakfast was also very nice, its a family run guest house. The daughter speaks very good English she let me check out a little later which I was very grateful for 🙏🏽

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and markets. Staff were very helpful they had suggestions of places for dinner. Shower was good, bed was comfortable. Walking distance to most of the major attractions in the town.

Nice guest house within 50 metres of the beach. The owners & their staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a double room with a balcony on the third floor with limited ocean views, owing to trees lining the beach front. There are some cafes, bars & 711 stores close by. If you want a "relaxing, peaceful holiday", then Cha Am is a good choice.

Cute igloo room had same comfort as good hotel. Liked the separate toilet & shower next door. Short walk from the river. Staff eager to please. Dinner & breakfast served on private table outside room.

This guesthouse is perfect, it’s located just outside town, approx 20 min walk. I had a lovely room with a full sized fridge, Ice cold aircon and hot water in the shower plus a small terrace. There are normally 2 ladies running the guest house but only one was here during my stay. What a lovely kind generous person she is too. Presented me with fresh fruit and orange juice in the morning. Sorted my laundry for me. Loaned me a bicycle.. I cannot rate this place or the wonderful host highly enough.
