The estate is centered around historic Victorian house built in 1873, there are four other buildings, most units have views of Cayuga lake, some with private balconies. Each room comes with a private bathroom, free toiletries, use of the laundry facilities and free WIFI throughout the property. Flat-screen TV's with cable channels are in all rooms except the Victorian Inn. Nothing to complain. Everything is perfect, staff is very friendly. Lake is close, just go across the main road.

Room had everything we needed, good coffee selection, fridge. The room decor was maybe a little dated but this was a very reasonably priced stay. Really nice bar which had a great atmosphere and warm, good service.

The property is non-smoking and is located 24 km from Hudson Athens Lighthouse. I loved the rustic charm. The property was very historic and stayed true to the history. There was beautiful artwork on the walls and beautiful antique furniture everywhere, including the rooms. There are no TVs in the rooms which, to me, was what I was looking for. They had board games, a big common table to eat at and a bar run on very informally. I felt like I was visiting family.
