We loved the unique bespoke nature of the property, it was cozy and intimate yet private. We picked this boutique hotel to get away from the clinical feel of Air BnB’s and we are so happy we did! We arrived to find fresh flowers in our room and a bottle of bubbles to congratulate us on our anniversary, it was very thoughtful and a really nice touch. The pool was perfect, so nice for a morning swim, a perfect lap pool! And great patios to sit under a shade umbrella or to catch some rays :) The location is exceptional for walking to museums, shopping, restaurants and bars. And the downstairs courtyard has a very European feel about it as it is shared with the very cool fine dining restaurant Virtu. Nice to see all the diners outside enjoying their meals, a lovely atmosphere.

The inn has family rooms. I was looking for hotel near my place of work and had value without gouging like most hotels are doing nowadays. Also near restaurants. Aces on both accounts.

Sky Harbor Airport is less than 25 minutes’ drive from the Red Roof Inn Phoenix- Midtown. Downtown Phoenix is less than 15 minutes’ drive away, and the Arizona State Fairgrounds is 10 minutes’ drive from the property. We had a secured parking spot although it wasn't too hard to get onto the parking area even without staying there. Oh and the little mixican restaurant next to it was super good and very cheap.
