Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. Juan was an incredible host, super friendly and helpful. And spoke great English which is always a bonus for me! The apartment felt like it was a fancy tree house, completed emerged in trees with birds all around. It also had everything I needed, including a bath mat, dish detergent, sponge, tea towel, salt and pepper. I've discovered these are not to be taken for granted in Uruguay!

Only 600 metres from La Viuda beaches, El Diablo y El Mar has comfortable rooms with sea views in Punta del Diablo. A daily continental breakfast is offered and Wi-Fi is free.

El Diablo has bright, air-conditioned rooms with minibars, TVs and private bathrooms with showers. Really welcoming and very comfortable, I had a wonderful stay. Great recommendations, attentive and beautiful accommodations.

At Posada de la Viuda, each room has a private bathroom, with cable TV, safe box, and air conditioning. Continental Breakfast it is included, and there is WiFi and parking are free of charge.

Common areas are include a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with multilingual books, a yard with a swimming pool, sun loungers, BBQ facilities, wood oven and hammocks. Sebas is an amazing person, who is open to help you with whatever you need. Also, he makes a super nice breakfast. The only downside is that it is decently far (+-20 min walking) from the "town" where you can get food. But there is a great parrilla nearby, LAPARRILLA Punta del Diablo, which accepts card. Overall, if we are ever in Punta del Diablo again, we would 100% stay at Sebas his place, but would rent a bike to get around.

Dunak La Pedrera provides some rooms with sea views, and the rooms include a balcony. At the accommodation all rooms have a seating area. Short walk over the dunes to the beach. About a 15 minute walk to town. Comfortable beds, lovely outdoor space, small but functional well equipped kitchen, daily cleaning and towel exchange. Toiletries provided. Hosts Gustavo and Maria helpful and attentive.

Location was good, room was tidy and cute, and the staff was so friendly and provided tips about stuff do do, eat etc in the area. HIGHLY recommended! :)
