Property is stunning, you instantly feel relaxed in the calm, tranquil setting.

The location is excellent, with several boats nearby that offer tours. The food is good, as are the drinks. I was well attended by the staff and had no issues.

the resort is beautiful, clean & very large our room in the East building was awesome with beautiful views of the ocean, beach & pool areas. we had a large deck with comfortable chairs. we had a very large bedroom & bathroom with a nice living room. It did include a butler for some services needed the restaurants were delicious but it is pricey, Marcus is the best but you have to try Costa at the Rosewood cabanas were nice to have since it was a busy week of vacation with people with kids. there are adults area pools all the staff was so friendly & helpful love this place, looking forward to coming again!!!

Beautifully clean and well maintained

This is the perfect location for couples of all ages or even a group of friends. I love the modern style of decor, the around-the-clock diverse activities, and the breathtaking beachside views.

We thought everything about this resort was terrific. The facilities are lovely, with a compact/cozy feel compared to some other resorts we have stayed in, but we really loved the chilled out vibe and different zones (quiet pool, party pool, coconut grove, and beach). The offshore island was a really special highlight too. Our butlers Dijon, Dylan, and Denise were lovely as were all of the staff. And we thought the food was very nice (highlights were La Plume breakfasts, Gordon’s steak, Kimonos teppanyaki, and Kanoo Caribbean lunches). We would 100% stay here again and we are honestly mystified by some of the negative reviews. We have travelled the world over and eaten in 1, 2, and 3 Michelin star restaurants and we thought everything was perfectly lovely.

OMG! This property is amazing!! I've traveled to quite a few places and this resort by far exceeds all expectations. We stayed at The Cove which is the higher end property but my daughter and I went to all properties to see how they all were and each one, while it had it's own energy, was wonderful. The Cove has it's own Adult Pool which was lively but not "too" crazy. The loungers were all so comfortable and there were many options besides the standard. Cushioned beds, platforms, etc. The pool was clean. Access to the beach was just steps away. Beaches were beautiful and clean. We snorkeled off them and saw fish, turtles etc. There are even loungers out in the ocean for you to sit on and relax. Our room was gorgeous. Overlooked the ocean and we had a balcony (not all do) which was awesome. Really enjoyed the view! Our room was 2 Queens and a very large bathroom. Two separate sinks, robes, towels etc. Safe was in the walk in closet. Large, clean shower. In room frig. Two TV's so if a person wanted to go to bed you had a sitting area with it's own TV. Everyone, and I mean everyone was such a pleasure to interact with! From check in to check out all staff were friendly, happy, courteous and genuine. I really have never experienced such a level of friendly helpful people at a large resort! Clean- I mean not a speck of garbage, bird droppings etc anywhere! Even the beach was clean and dragged daily. Seaweed was minimal if at all. Lobby was peaceful and there are so many waterfalls I lost count. The Cove definitely lived up to it's "luxury" status and I highly recommend for anyone if they can afford even the most basic room there. We were upgraded which I will forever be indebted over although I don't think you can go wrong with any of the properties.
