Staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire. The concierge took my car to the auto shop to have it fixed and had it back to the hotel within 40 minutes. I was so impressed at how kind and helpful everyone is. The facilities are lovely and clean. Beds are comfortable. We had a superior room and it was quite spacious. I would definitely go back and recommend this resort to anyone. Great location - conveniently near the QEW, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and the Niagara Outlet is literally across the road.

Great stay, so close to Niagara Falls, Outlet shopping mall, and a very quiet location. Staff were very efficient in their checking us in and explaining the property facilities to us, bar staff were very friendly too. There was a small problem with the billing of the room which was charged twice, but this was rectified very quickly by reception staff member without me having to follow up.

The front desk was amazing they moved plate room from up stairs to down stairs because we had I child and they didn’t want us to have to carry him up and down stairs. We had conversation with while we were checking in. He was very nice to our family. The hotel was very close to restaurants that we enjoy else. It was also very close to Clifton Hill, it was also very close to Niagara Falls. The Wi-Fi was little bit laggy, but it was good enough for us to use

The location of this Comfort Inn is excellent. It is close to family, stores, restaurants and attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed that there were some upgrades since our last stay (ie, new carpets, new bathtub). The lobby was decorated for Christmas which was very cozy and inviting. And finally, the rate was extremely reasonable. We'll definitely stay there again.

    Nice clean brand new room. Very good residential area. Very few residents in that house but I didn't see them. Free parking. Bathroom was clean. I'll stay there again if I have to work in Niagra in the future. Kitchen, fridge, stove, toaster and kettle. I made so many teas and coffees. Microwave too. Big living room with sofas.

    Satnam is a very kind and helpful host, his house is spacious, beautiful and cozy as is the bedroom. I recommend 100%.It is also very well located, just minutes from Welland.
