We loved this hotel - arriving after a long day’s hike the great little spa was very welcome. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the restaurant pleasantly informal. The staff were all delightful.

The location was perfect - directly opposite the ski lifts with access to both Grimentz and Zinal slopes. All staff were brilliant - friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was excellent - so good in fact that we had dinner there 3 out the 5 nights that we stayed in Grimentz. And the Spa - with sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi was a wonderfully relaxing space.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Everything is perfect. The room is so amazing and makes me surprised! The staffs are so nice and friendly!Tell us many tips. We just stay only one day and we all think we should stay longer! We went to the mountains next morning and have no time to have nice breakfast. I texted the message on wazapp to the hotel. They prepared the breakfast for all of us so that we couldn take them to the train! We were so moving and appreciated! If we could go back here. I would definitely choose this hotel!
