the night shift receptionists florian bezbrra uoop helped us so much, he was so helpful and his hospitality was great and he helped us right away without hesitation, he and fabian thiemann were very kind and elegant, thanks a lot and if we came again to cologne, we would definitely come to this hotel , yes a lot will argue the price of the hotel and that's what we felt first, but when we saw how luxury the hotel is and how helpful the workers are, it is 100% a steal(i mean it is very worth it)

A bite surprised that it was a residence for retired people but ended up VERY PLEASED. Very quite appartement perfectly located (minutes from the train station), very clean and very spacious compared to some hotel rooms that you nearly have place to move around your bed. Ideal for two people, has a small kitchen for breakfast. Lots of free amenities and friendly staff.
