I enoyed all aspects of the hotel. I also received an upgrade to a deluxe room which was nice. The bathroom facilities were excellent and the breakfast room and spread was outstanding. The front office team & concierge were top notch too.

Everything. The rooms themselves, tea, coffee Nespresso, cleaning, reception stuff. Spa has just swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna but for short trip was enough. Room unexpectedly had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very comfortable as we were with small child. Good quality cosmetics in room. To Duomo and the river, train station 5-7 min walk. Underground is downstairs, next door to the hotel. Very good breakfast, 2 restaurants downstairs. I took in consideration this net of hotels for future. Wonderful experience!

The spa area is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The hotel is clean, the restaurant has good food and the staff are helpful. The location is not too central but i prefer it as it's quiet. Our room was larger than normal and the mattress was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The apartment is large enough and well equipped for all possible needs for an even longer stay in Cologne with your family or a group of friends. It can also accomodate two families. The English speaking host is very kind and also professional. He offered us beverages and breakfast essentials on the house. The waterbed in one of the bedrooms was a nice touch, along with the jacuzzi in the bathroom and the generous shower cabin. The kitchen and the living room offer the space and means for spending a nice time together, while the bedrooms offers a cosy intimate atmosphere.
