Staff is very friendly, specially Nico at reception desk. Gym is quite good for a hotel. Ten minutes walking from Zoo train station and with a bus stop in front of main entrance. Room was clean & comfortable.

Rooms were big and comfortable. One of the best hotel breakfast we have had. Used the spa facilites a lot. The staff was nice and we felt very secure leaving our luggage in the baggage storage. It was easy to get to the center of Berlin by bus and U/S bahn. Over all an amazing visit and well worth the price.
