Excellent price/quality. Beautiful, clean hotel with 5 stars staff. They made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Abdul and his friends from kitchen (he is a magician and we were more happy to see him than to eat), Mohamed and Tony from animation team (always there for us, special thanks for Arabic lesson - teşekkür ederim Mohamed), Ahmed from reception (professional and always helpful). Hotel: easy access, clean, always in excellent condition pools, good water in bathroom, good A/C, great variety in kitchen, personalized meals, new bathroom, good bed, activities every day with animation team. Everything was perfect. All the staff were very helpful and kind, especially Mr. Mostafa Othman Assistant front office manager and Mohamed Mossaad, the chef of Shell Fish Restaurant. Pickalbatros vita resort- portofino Marsa Alam is the best hotel & resort, highly recommended.

The beach and the sea are amazing, really outstanding. The beach areas are beautiful, lots of space and privacy, access to the sea is fantastic and the sea itself with its unique marine life is a paradise. The food is excellent, lots of different dishes that we loved, international or local, a really great food experience, breakfast, lunch and dinner were just delicious. Than you very much to all the staff, for the kindness granted to us 24/7 and for making us feel at home. We loved every single aspect of our stay. Everything was outstanding. Simply PERFECT. Thank you very much. We are looking forward to come back for our next stay at the amazing Three Corners Equinox Beach Resort.

A fantastic place—this time we visited the hotel spontaneously, but it’s already one of our many stays here. The hotel is perfectly located, with excellent service and very good food. We had a wonderful time and will be coming back again in a few months. Special thanks to Tarek at the reception, who helped us organize everything on-site, as we decided to come at the last minute. We love this hotel—everything is perfect, the most beautiful sunrises, an ideal beach, and fantastic people!

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

I found this place by accident and it was absolute heaven! The beach by the bay is just paradise, the whole place is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The bed & shower were perfect. I would definitely stay here again!
