All the staffs are very nice and helpful .We got some disturb by our neighbour ,the staffs solve the problem immediately and apologise to us with some drinks and macarons .So much thanks to them for letting me have these comfortable stays.Thank you!

I spent five dream days there with my mother. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is only 6 minutes away from the airport. It is only 100 m to the sea and you can always enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and restaurants by the sea. The breakfast was excellent and complete. And most importantly, the behavior of the hotel staff was very friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back and I definitely recommend it.

All facilities including room, restaurant, pool area, gym are very nice and clean. But what I would like to highlight is the quality and variety of breakfast and dinner. We had breakfast included and they were amazing. Dinner was not included but it was only 9eur per person and was very nice as well.

We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. It was our first time in Palma and really everything was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, attentive service during mealtime, great selection of food (breakfast and dinner), nice ambience of the room and hotel in general. As an addition, bus stops are located in a walking distance and very easy to get into the centre of Palma, shopping centre (FAN) and Airport as well.

My partner and I had an excellent stay at Hotel Negresco. The staff was incredibly kind, the 2 pools were perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was great too, with the beach right in front of the hotel, and the bus stop with buses to the city center & the airport just a few meters away. We'd definitely recommend this hotel!

    Absolutely loved the hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly staff throughout. Three nice gym workout areas and an outside pool. Never a problem getting a sun lounge or seats in the outside coffee bar. Excellent choice of food for both breakfast and dinner buffets, varied every night for the 8 nights we stayed.. The dining was light, airy and spacious with the tables well set apart. Great choice of food for vegetarians too. Really comfortable beds. Cannot recommend the hotel enough.

    Breakfast was really good and excellent value for 10 euros The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times, the spa is lovely, very relaxing and clean this is an extra 10 euros.

    the snacks were bang bang to be fair, unlimited drinks 11/10 - cocktails straight from a. machine you just needed a 1 euro cup deposit. spa was free, hot tub and sauna. pool was nice, could dive in it cause it was deep enough :)) the location was great just a short walk from the beach strip with a lovely beach, nice beach club and port for boat trips. room was cleaned every day and the view was sooooo pretty. aircon worked very well and the bathroom was lush (even though the bathtub was miniature lol)

    Incredible staff,helping you every time.The Spa is really nice and relaxing and the food is good.The location of the hotel is really good as is close to the bus stations and many restaurants.Overall,really nice place to stay and enjoy your time
