The host, his son and their dog Alaska, who also welcomed our dog into his domain. Great location close to medieval village, not too far from A9 highway. We loved the sauna, jacuzzi and pool!! A real treat after a long drive.

Pure elegance from the front gates, meeting our host Stefan, the beautiful atrium entrance & the tour of the property. This is one of the most beautiful properties we have had the pleasure to find during our travels. Every details has been meticulously thought out from the beautiful bedding - one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. A beautiful bathroom nook in our “Carmen” room. The lounge/dining area is exquisite as is the heated pool combined atrium room. The hosts also offer a separate kitchen area if guests want to make themselves a meal, use the fridge, stove, coffee machine. There are lots of little private spaces outside in the garden if you wanted to eat or drink a glass of wine outside. Breakfast was inclusive of home made jams. yoghurt, fresh fruit, breads, almond cakes, cheese, coffee & tea. Secure parking within the grounds. 10+

A great and truly unique place to stay. Both the rooms we had and the overall hotel are beautifully designed with great care and attention to detail. The breakfast had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and caring. The pool was excellent. The location was very quiet—perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!
