Lovely annex at the end of the garden, very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds .the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide lightweight bedding as the temperature was in the 30's, set up the sofa bed for us and provided a fan. We had a small DIY breakfast provided, with achoice of toast, cereal or croissants, tea and coffee in the cupboards along with a selection of jams. What a great little venue.

This property is a Georgian Country House Hotel. Guests can enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, stroll through 12 acres of gardens, and relax by the main leisure pool.

Perfect stay and excellent english breakfast. I hardly recommend for families that are going to visit Harry Potter Studios.

Really beautifully made, everything was thought about for maximum comfort and luxurious feel despite being a small space. Excellent design and space used so well for a outer city getaway Robes were great for hot tub and the pod was an amazing alternative outdoor space, as well as ninja grill, fire and hot tub area! Situated on lovely grounds with walks around. Hosts were friendly and helped when needed with deliveries and setting up sauna. Well done to them! Will be back soon

The instructions to get in were clear and straightforward. The chalet its self was modern and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Although the chalet was in the back of the owners garden, we felt we had privacy which was nice. Owner was responsive to communication. Would be ideal if flying out of Luton on an early flight. Hot tub was a nice added extra- it was warm and ready on arrival.
