As you can see in the photos, the location is very good, close to everything and you can easily reach everything you need. They were welcomed very warmly, they were very helpful. No elevator Actually, it was written in the information, but it was disappointing for me because I didn't see it. They even said they could arrange a room on the first floor but all the rooms were full. Still, they helped us get one of our suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Our room was across from the church and yet it was very quiet. Thank you 🌺

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is just right on the beach, the beach area is private-only for hotel guests which we liked a lot. Food and the staff in the restaurant both are very nice! P.S. Try the smoothies they offer on the beach bar,they are amazing! 😊🥤🥰

19 km away from Kavala, good location for summer holiday. Hotel is new amd close to beach. Rooms are very clean. Staff is great. Breakfast is delicious. So many beach restaurants in the area for dinner. Parking is not a problem.

This was our third stay at Villa Nickolas during last ten years. We simply have found our ideal peace of Greece. Small, clean, nice hotel with parking provided. Excellent breakfast, pleasant and dedicated staff, comfortable beds, towels and sheets changed every on second day, cosy beach restaurant. small shop with excellent choice of gifts and other daily needs. If you trying to avoid large hotels and beaches (crowd) we recommend you this Villa.
