Special thanks to Alex for his warm welcome and the special attention given to our son upon arrival. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped to ensure our comfort. The service was impeccable, and the facilities, particularly the spa and pool, met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The dining options were also outstanding, with a varied and high-quality breakfast. At our departure, Charles showed great kindness toward us and our child, making a perfect end to our stay. Amazing hotel with amazing city views. Great customer service, with a small upgrade we were able to check-in very early in the morning to accommodate our layover. Delicious breakfast. The heated pool and outdoor area in the roof is a gem! I don’t only highly recommend I would stay here every time I am in Hong Kong.
