Room was incredible, even without a harbour view the view of the Kowloon skyline was very special. The pool and spa areas were spectacular. Without doubt the best hotel i have ever stayed at.

At the same time, the hotel is located in a very lively area of Kowloon that remains the heart biting of Hong Kong residents. The location is nice because it is in the mall. It also is a great location for a view being on the hill. Breakfast was also above average. The bed was too hard but still king bed and nice pillows.
