Special throughout the stay. Friendly staff. Incredible quality throughout, I don't think you can find fault. HUGE bed. The sheets were amazing. Their outdoor pool was a highlight for me with the craziness of the city just metres away.

The food is exceptional, especially the breakfast. The staff are also incredibly helpful and kind. It was our first time staying in Delhi and we are so glad that we stayed at the Shangri La. Very close to the main bazar and in a safe as it feels safe area. Very new clean and very kind staff. All of the workers are so friendly and helpful. I can only recommend if you travel the first time to book this hotel. It really comforts you!

The location is perfect, really close to the train station (10 minutes by walk) and it is so cheap that you can't say that it isn't a good option to stay in Delhi for one or two nights. It was relatively calm for Delhi too.
