The room was very clean and smelled nice everyday, bed was very confortable. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. Amazing staff, the ladies at the reception were very kind and helpfull. The estate is well suited for couples and it is located at a resonable distance from Costa Smeralda by car. The dinner at the property restaurant also offers a lot of options and it was quite a fancy experience.

Beautiful character villa. Very well equipped. Spacious rooms. Lovely outdoor space. Fantastic pool - lovely temperature. Would definitely return. Olbia 15 mins away. Lots of other little villages close by. Would highly recommend!

The staff were fantastic, especially Tiziana and the gentleman from Sri Lanka (apologies we didn’t catch your name) went above and beyond. The location is fantastic also. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and polite. They even facilitated the organisation of our bike rentals to explore the area. The pool area was lovely and maintained to a very high standard. The room was exceptionally clean and had very good AC.

We haven´t stayed here since the 80's, retried it while in transfer from a boat excursion and were joyfully overwhelmed. The friendlyness of the staff, the overall service-philosophy, the renovated layout and interior, pools and beach, the gym, food and breakfast - amazing!

I wish you many good customers without problems, as in my case. Hotel relaxing, beautiful environment, good pool plus transfer to the beach, good cuisine in the restaurant and nice service.     Awesome property & surroundings with the mountains as a backdrop. Great pool area & beautifully landscaped gardens to relax within . Fully supplied bar to access while around pool area .This is a great touch. Rooms have every thing you need for a comfortable stay . We cooked a bit with the local produce . Short walk into town to nice restaurants We had a great stay there for a week using it as a base to explore the northern part of the island . Gladys was an excellent host !

    Gladys and Maurizio have created a Napa Valley quality hotel in San Pantaleo. The pictures don’t do this place justice! Great location as it is walking distance to town and short drives to local beaches and the port of Palau to take boat rides. The apartments are well stocked with anything you might need. The grounds are immaculately maintained with a pool, sauna, hot tub, lap pool, gym, and self-service bar. Gladys and Maurizio are so welcoming and made our visit a joy. I highly recommend this place!

    The staff are all very friendly and helpful! It was our anniversary so we received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and an anniversary cake on our final night, which was a really lovely touch. The communal areas - the pool, the reception and the lounge - are beautiful and were lovely spaces to relax. Both restaurants were great, with delicious food, and the Michelin starred restaurant in particular was exceptional.
