What a wonderful Residenza! Everything was clean, confortable. It is an very old house, palace, with old furniture, you can live like in a museum. Even a piano in the living room. Breakfast was amazing, with best quality cheese and charcuterie, tomatoes. And the best was pastry chef Donatella, the owner, who made excelent sweets, different, fresh every morning. Mr. Rafael was very helpful with informations, prenotations if you need. Parking in their yard, very conviniant. Thank you again.

Milena is a exceptional hostess . The cleaning is very satisfying, the breakfast very nice, the position quite convenient for South Toscany, and Milena's suggestions for food, wineshop and guidance showed up excellent. I loved, loved, loved staying in Montebello degli Olivi. Silvia and Gigi were the kindest and warmest hosts I've ever met. They were very attentive to our needs of dinner, bath, internet, morning coffee, etc. The place is quite hidden in the hills/mountains, and it really made me feel like I am in vacation/healing mode. My husband and I rented the entire vacation home (downstairs) and the place was clean and had a very interesting story. But frankly, the BEST part was the dinner made by Silvia. Once you eat her dinner, you cannot return to "regular restaurant food." She makes the most wonderful and delicious homemade Italian dishes, and you MUST try her food. Also, Gigi was very kind in setting up the bathtub when the sun was setting. The view is stunning. My husband and I sincerely want to thank them for their hospitality and really enjoyed our time there. ~Agnese (who usually doesn't write reviews but couldn't resist writing a review for this place) <P.S. I want to go back to the place next summer too.>

I travel a lot through Europe and spend the night in the most diverse locations. This trip took me to the beautiful town of Chianciano in picturesque Tuscany. When I arrived after a long journey, I did not expect to end up in a Wellness & Medical Spa, but it was the case. A beautiful and beautifully decorated building in a picturesque street. Upon entering the bright and beautifully decorated hall, there is a view of the restaurant and bar, which with the right guests can lead to pleasant and atmospheric moments. The welcome from the brother and sister who operate the hotel was friendly and service-oriented. There is a swimming pool in the building and outside the village the hotel even has a swimming pool that can be reached by (electric) bicycle. My room was correctly and equipped with a good bed, sufficient cupboards and an excellent bathroom with more than enough clean towels and everything you need to freshen up in case you lose everything along the way. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you will find several restaurants, interspersed with ice cream parlors and pizzerias with cozy terraces. The atmosphere in the evening was very pleasant. A wonderful destination for business travelers like me. However, this location, which is 15 minutes away from the motorway, also serves as an excellent base for discovering this beautiful part of Tuscany for couples or groups who enjoy cycling, walking and a challenging search for delicious wines on their To Do list. This was the perfect place for a romantic trip to Montepulciano. The room was beautiful with a nice view of olive trees out the window. We real enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gloria was very welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast was great as well.
